Appointment Options

During your first visit, we will perform a comprehensive review of the circumstances leading up to your current situation, and we will perform a physical exam.  We will then discuss treatment options and work with you to develop a plan, tailored to your needs and goals.

Most visits after your first appointment will be around 45-75 minutes depending on what your specific treatment plan is.  If you need to work on something new, just let us know, and we can work with you to adjust treatments and your plan accordingly. 

If you are able, plan on wearing comfortable clothing, especially if you are coming in for treatment.  For many treatments, we will have you remove your shoes and socks.  

Many treatments require lying still for about an hour.  To help pass the time, we may provide some ambient music to support your relaxation.  You can also bring in a MP3 player, iPod, or smart phone with your music and your own headphones.  If you would like some help with selecting some ambient music for your session, just let us know.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do so up to 24 hours before your appointment, at the latest, or we may assess a cancellation fee.  If you need to change the time or date of your next appointment, call us or send an email and we will work with you to meet your needs.
