  Dr. Joseph Tilchen, ND,  or "Dr. Joe," is a licensed physician in the states of Arizona and Minnesota.  He is a graduate of the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Tempe, AZ (now known as Sonoran University of Health Sciences).  Prior to becoming a physician, Dr. Joe was a bona fide rocket scientist. He graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a BSE in Aerospace Engineering in 2003, after which he worked in teams to design, develop, and field-test rocket engines for private and government customers. As an engineer he was trained to think in terms of overall systems performance.  He carries forward this systems focused approach from engineering into medicine by promoting the total health and wellness in the people he serves. Dr. Joe is currently finishing a Master of Pain Medicine from the University of Southern California, Keck School of Medicine.

Dr. Joe has extensive training with many electrical stimulation technologies and techniques and he mentors his colleagues in the use of these tools.  He regularly attends training for Frequency Specific Microcurrent and he has completed all training for the Senergy Tennant Biomodulator.  He has also completed training with International Health Technologies in the use of the Bioscan MSA (EAV) machine.

Dr. Joe is a member of the American Academy of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP) and Arizona Naturopathic Medical Association (AZNMA). 

Aside from caring for their patients, Dr. Joe and his wife enjoy a healthy lifestyle eating organic foods, while avoiding GMOs and toxic chemicals.  They appreciate the challenge of gardening in the Sonoran desert where they use sustainable practices in growing heirloom varietals of fruits, vegetables, and herbs. They are also avid supporters of alternative home building projects, including their own Biotecture designed Earthship.

 Dr. Diane Huff PT, DPT, or "Dr. Diane," is a dedicated physical therapist from Arizona with a passion for helping people of all ages and abilities move, heal, and thrive. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University before completing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska.

With a strong foundation in orthopedics, Dr. Diane’s expertise extends across multiple areas, including neurological rehabilitation, and sports therapy. She is certified in ASTYM® and LSVT BIG®, allowing her to deliver evidence-based treatments that empower her patients to regain function, confidence, and independence.

Dr. Diane is deeply passionate about helping others achieve their independence, goals, and a life that is both pain-free and active. She finds immense fulfillment in coming alongside her patients—supporting, encouraging, and celebrating with them as they reach milestones they once thought were out of reach.

Beyond the clinic, Diane believes in living the active lifestyle she promotes. She finds joy and renewal in the outdoors—whether hiking Arizona’s trails, swimming under the desert sun, or camping with family and friends. Her approach to care reflects this same spirit of balance and vitality: personalized, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that movement is medicine.

Amy Tilchen is a certified Biofield Tuning practitioner.  Her experience with Natural Frequency Health includes tuning patients of all ages and levels of ability.  She greatly enjoys introducing others to this gentle and effective form of therapy.

Amy is currently studying under renowned American herbalist, David Winston.  She will be growing and maturing our herbalism practices throughout her training to include more specialty herbs and more complete formulas to provide the best for our patients.  

Outside of work Amy is an accomplished musician, with her preferred instrument being cello.  She has performed in a variety of venues, including small ensembles and orchestras.  She has also enjoyed teaching stringed instruments to beginning students.
